Scratch Catering’s Signature Salad: Fresh Mixed Greens, Dried Cranberries, Sliced Granny Smith Apples, and Candied Peppered Pecans. Served with a White Balsamic Vinaigrette

Strawberry Fields Forever: Mixed Greens with fresh sliced Strawberries, Candied Peppered Pecans, tossed in a Scratch-made Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Summer Citrus Salad: Mixed Greens with Toasted Pine Nuts, Split Grape Tomatoes, and thinly sliced Red Onion, tossed in a light Scratch-made Lemon Vinaigrette.

Hail Caesar: Grape Tomatoes, Hand Shaved Parmesan, Crisp Romaine Lettuce,Topped with Scratch-made croutons, served with made from Scratch-made Creamy Caesar Dressing

Aloha! We’ve used our classic Chocolate Chip recipe and substituted 1 pound of Macadamia Nuts, and 1 pound of premium White Chocolate Chips, to yield a cookie that’s unmatched!

 

Lemon Bars

Inspired by recipes from Amish settlers, these amazing lemon bars made from Scratch take two whole days to complete one batch. Fresh Lemons, fruit, rind and all are sliced as thin as possible and covered in sugar and allowed to mingle over-night to set which heightens that fresh citrus flavor.

 

Classic Brownie:

Our Signature soft & chewy Brownie, loaded with Bittersweet Chocolate and Espresso, Dusted in Powdered Sugar.

 

Turtle Brownie: (Add $1 to Menu price per person for this option)
How do you make a soft chewy brownie better? Top it with crunchy oven roasted pecans and drizzle it with homemade carmel. Perfection!

Peanut Butter Brownies: (Add $1 to Menu price per person for this option)
Not one but two batters are swirled together to create this unique gourmet brownie. But thats not all, We then temper chocolate until perfection and mix in some fresh made peanut butter, and top it off with a coating of Peanut-Butter Chocolate Ganache which makes these delectable treats true show stoppers!

This Pumpkin Pie forgets the can, We roast our very own garden grown organic sugar pumpkin flesh fresh, to create a pureed base which can only be from Scratch!

This amazing southern tradition is sweet and doesn’t skimp on the nuts! We use whole beautiful Pecans to adorn the top and crushed pecans beneath… Heaven!

Dutch Apple Pie:
With a unique mixture of seasonal organic apple varieties and a well blended Cinnamon Sugar-Buttery crumbed top who could go wrong?
